The in-room espresso machine did work as expected.
Check-in at 4 PM is rather late. There was only one elevator for five floors and it was constantly in use by staff and guests. I was waiting quite a long time.

The gym has three squats racks. It also include rowers and ski machine. Breakfast includes oatmeal and smoothie shots. Fresh coffee and grade-a customer service stand out. I found a great location and friendly staff. Rooms are well appointed.
The bath towel in my room was clearly dirty. I think it was used before.

I stayed for four nights. The location was near several attractions. The staff members were friendly. The gym had modern equipment.
The bar closed early one evening. I could not get a drink. The room was a bit small. There was not enough space for luggage.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. the staff was attentive, especially during breakfast service. my room had a coffee machine and a kettle, both worked well. the location was close to museums and several dining places.
the room was quite small, so it lacked enough storage. the safe in my room was broken throughout my stay. i did not receive assistance with my luggage upon arrival, i had to carry it myself.

the staff helped with planning excursions and finding places to eat. breakfast had a beautiful spot and great food. i'd recommend it.
The room lacked a tissue box. I had to use toilet paper. there was only one small shower gel per day! chromecast was provided. but it wasn't working.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the room was super clean with a comfortable bed. i was happy with the hotel's convenient location. prosecco and strawberries were sent to the room for my partner's birthday. It was a lovely surprise.
i noticed there was no comfortable lounge to sit and enjoy a drink.
